The MNA Board of Directors consists of immensely dedicated Midtown residents who have been involved in MNA committee activities for at least one year. Board members either hold an executive office or serve as chairman of a committee. Serving on the MNA Board is the greatest time commitment and indicates an intense love for Midtown and our very special community. Take a moment to meet your Board members below and say hello when you see them next.
Your dedicated Board of Directors members are elected by the MNA member constituency for a two-year term in January at the annual MNA meeting each year. The Board is divided into two groups whose terms stagger, ensuring that at any given time, the MNA Board has approximately 50% of its members serving the second year of their term.
The MNA encourages all our neighbors and any interested parties to attend a Board meeting. Our monthly Board of Directors meetings are open for general attendance by all Midtown residents. Our agenda is finalized on the Friday before the following Thursday Board meeting. Any Midtown resident may request to be added to the agenda by submitting that request to firstname.lastname@example.org by the Friday deadline.
