MNA Mission Statement and By-Laws The mission of the Midtown Neighbors’ Association is to assure that our vibrant and diverse neighborhood becomes an increasingly better community in which to enjoy the benefits of the urban experience . . .

 
  NPU-E - 1st Tuesday Each Month The next NPU-E Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3. Neighborhood Planning Units (NPUs) are citizen advisory councils that make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council on zoning, land-use and other planning issues.

 
  Midtown Book Club: February 11, 2015 - The Man Who Touched His Own Heart by Rob Dunn The February Midtown Book Club chat is on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. This is a SPECIAL EVENT, with the author, and coordinating with Tech and all, with the special Book Group Preview of this book which comes out Feb. 3rd. We will be discussing our February selection, The Man Who Touched His Own Heart by Rob Dunn.

 
 
  Monthly Land Use Meeting - 3rd Tuesday Each Month The February Land Use meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2015. The Land Use Committee regularly meets the 3rd Tuesday each month at Jason's Deli on 10th Street. Meetings begin at 7:pm. Please click on heading for a list of applicants and the Land Use agenda.

 
  Monthly License & Permit Committee Meeting The February License and Permit meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 6:30. The meetings take place in the Community Room at Jason's Deli on 10th Street near Myrtle. To see the agenda, please click on the heading above. Monthly Board of Directors Meeting - Last Thursday Each Month The next scheduled meeting of the MNA Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 in the Community Room of Jason's Deli on 10th Street. All Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. The MNA encourages all our neighbors and any interested parties to attend our Board meetings.

 
  Midtown Historic District Informational Session - December 8, 2014 On December 8, 2014, the Midtown Neighbors' Association and City of Atlanta Department of Planning held an informational Q&A about Historic District Overlays and impact on Midtown. Notes from that meeting are inside:

Permit Parking Block Captains in Midtown The Midtown Neighbors' Association, with the help of MPSA, has established some Neighborhood Watch block captains that can answer questions on safety and traffic and residential permit parking on your "block".
