The Intown Academy: Open enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year will begin January 26- February 20, 2012

The Intown Academy is located in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, but is open to all students residing in the City of Atlanta. There is no primary attendance zone. A lottery will be conducted by grade level as necessary if potential new student candidates whose applications are received during open enrollment exceed capacity at that grade level; therefore, parents are encouraged to submit enrollment packets as early as possible in order to secure a spot for their child(ren).

The Intown Academy, an Atlanta Public Schools charter school for grades K-8, will be hosting an Open House on Thursday, January 26th at TWO TIMES: 9am-2pm, and 5pm-7pm. This is also the first day the school will begin accepting enrollment applications for the 2012-13 school year.

Recently, Fulton County Government launched CodeRED a high-speed notification system that will provide Fulton County Emergency Management officials the ability to quickly deliver time-sensitive messages via voice, email, and text to Fulton citizens who register to participate in the program during emergency or disasters situations.
