• To report an out of service or broken street light, please call Georgia Power at 888.891.0938. Before calling, please mark the light pole with some color tape or marker and tell the Georgia Power representative how you have indicated the problem light.

• City of Atlanta Traffic Court "Special Hotline" -- 404.569.5612. If you experience any difficulties when calling the Interactive Voice Response system, or IRV, when you receive a traffic ticket, you can call the "Special Hotline" number. This will connect you with a voicemail box where you can leave a message. This number is for use only when you have experienced difficulties using the IRV.

• To report illegal signs,  photograph them and send to Estee Andrews in public works enforcement at  eandrews@atlantaga.gov  In tour e-mail to him state the date the pic was taken, the address/ and or street corner, and give him a way to contact the person or company associated with the illegally placed sign - e-mail address, phone number, street address, etc
